Our History

● October 2005: Shanghai XIWU Science and Technology Co., Ltd was officially established. That same year, we became the exclusive agent for Germany Abbott's steel pipe label spraying equipment in the Chinese market. This equipment was installed on the casing production line for Baosteel Group, earning their approval and trust through our superior service.

● February 2006: Our first API pipe painting production line, along with pipe weighing and lengthening equipment, was successfully installed at Sanlin Oil Well Pipe Production Plant, serving Daqing Oilfield Group.

● 2009: We sold six sets of API pipe painting machines to Bata, Indonesia. Also that year, two sets of weighing, labeling, and lengthening equipment were sold and installed in Saudi Arabia.

● 2010: XIWU Shanghai Machinery Processing Plant was officially built in Fengxian District, Shanghai. That same year, we established two branch companies and one agent in Wuxi city and Hebei Province, respectively, to expand our market presence in East and North China.

● 2011: Our continuous improvements in standard spraying equipment, oiling equipment, weighing, and length measuring equipment led to increased demand. By the end of the year, our equipment was installed in significant projects such as Tuha Oilfield, Karamay Oilfield Steel Pipe Plant, Hailong Group, Baosteel, and Liaohe Oilfield. Additionally, a complete API pipe production line (from seamless steel pipe to API pipe) was exported and installed in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

● April 2010: We signed an agreement with Zhongyuan Special Steel Group to provide them with a complete drill pipe production line.

● 2011: We exported two API pipe production mill lines to Thailand Petroleum Steel Pipe Company. Also that year, our Thailand branch company was established to sell rubber spray painting equipment.

● 2012: One API pipe production line was exported to Vietnam, and six pipe painting production lines were exported to Thailand Baoli Group. Additionally, 10 sets of tire inkjet equipment were delivered to Kunshan Zhengxin Rubber Co., Ltd.

● 2016: Our waste gas treatment and environmental protection equipment was installed and put into use at Henan Fengbao.

● 2017: Hunan Youdu Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. was established as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai XIWU, with a registered capital of 50 million yuan and a plant area of 18,500 square meters.

● 2018: By October, we had sold 20 oil casing production lines, including two exported to Russia, one to Ukraine, one to the UAE, and the rest in China. Also that year, we sold 150 sets of tire identification equipment and 18 sets of environmental protection equipment domestically.

● 2019: We sold a full set of automatic spraying production line and VOC waste gas treatment equipment to CITIC Pacific Xinye Special Steel Group. Additionally, the Jingjiang Special Steel 180 production line was delivered.

● 2020: We sold 89 and 340 production lines to Hengyang Steel Pipe Plant, including the Blast Furnace Waste Heat Recovery System—the first of its kind in China, utilizing heat recovery principles in blast furnace areas.

● November 2020: Our factory was recognized as a high-tech enterprise in Hunan Province.
